MISTRY
CPA, CA, CBV
Senior Associate
Neil combines critical thinking with a disciplined analytical approach to solving complex financial problems. As a Senior Associate at Soriano Mizrahi de Gray, he works with law firms to quantify damages and economic losses in commercial disputes. His work translates qualitative information into quantitative insights that withstand financial and legal scrutiny.
Neil prepares independent expert reports that involve quantifying economic losses, valuing businesses and assets, conducting forensic investigations and performing complex financial analyses for use in litigation, trials and arbitrations. He brings experience developing valuation models, applying accounting and tax standards and leveraging costing methodologies to support defensible conclusions.
Before joining Soriano Mizrahi de Gray, Neil worked in the valuations practice of a boutique firm. Previously, he was a Manager in Deloitte LLP’s Disputes and Financial Advisory group, where he prepared expert reports, valuations, and economic loss analyses for complex litigation matters and delivered presentations to law firm associates.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys playing tennis and squash, as well as exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
